RESERVATION ARRANGEMENT

• Advance reservation is required subject to resort availability and confirmation. Our reservation officers can not entertain inquiries and reservation less than 24 hours before the group's arrival.
• Booking can be made from Mondays to Thursdays between 8:00am to 5:00pm & Fridays from 8am to 12nn.  
• Reservation will be guaranteed by Service Voucher upon confirmation of deposit.

BILLING ARRANGEMENT

• The client shall be required to pay at least 50% of the total contract price plus Php 300 service fee to confirm booking. The balance will to be paid in FULL upon arrival at the resort.
• All deposits shall be made through Bank of Philippine Islands.
• Bank details will be sent through mail or text message. 

 

RESORTS CANCELLATION POLICY

• Down payment is non-refundable in case of "NO SHOW" or if the guest decided to transfer to other resort.
• Re-scheduling is allowed on the same resort, subject to resort availability, if the resort is informed less than 14 days before the date of original booking date a penalty of 50% of the contract price will be imposed in favor of the resort owner.
• Service charge of Php 300/booking is non-refundable.
